ORSAA
Oregon Student Aid Application
What is ORSAA? Who should fill out the ORSAA?
The ORSAA stands for Oregon Student Aid Application. It is an alternative to the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for Oregon residents who are undocumented, including students who have DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) status. Your ORSAA information goes to the Office of Student Access and Completion (OSAC) - the state financial aid office. OSAC only shares your information with the Oregon colleges and universities that you list on the ORSAA. All information is secure and confidential.
Why should I file the ORSAA?
Financial aid helps you to meet the costs of attending college. By filing the ORSAA – early, and each year you attend college - you can gain access to financial aid through the state of Oregon such as the Oregon Opportunity Grant, Oregon Promise Grant, and OSAC Scholarships. You must meet eligibility criteria for each program.
